1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and unstar ("unstar," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at unstar.cam. 3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Policy

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before they may be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

unstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practicable. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be provided with a reasonable period to complete their requirements.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

8Account Suspension & Closure

unstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole and absolute discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected; unusual or suspicious activity is identified; a regulatory or legal obligation requires action; or the player requests account closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting unstar support via live chat at any time. Where an account closure request is made under a responsible gaming self-exclusion arrangement, the request will be processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

9Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

unstar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support channels shall be referred to a competent court of the Philippines with appropriate jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal process, players agree to first contact unstar support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. unstar will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13Amendments to These Terms

unstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
